Dr. Robert Meaux is an innovative educator with experience teaching learners of all ages, in every gradelevel: K-12, community college and four year university.
He is a native Houstonian, and grew up in Aldine, graduating from MacArthur High School.
He holds six college degrees:
* Doctor of Musical Arts in Music Education (University of Houston)

* Masters in Educational Management (University of Houston Clear Lake)
* Bachelor of Music in Music Education (University of Houston)
* Associate of Science in Computer Programming (Lone Star College)
* Associate of Arts in History (Lone Star College)
He began designing marching shows while in high school, and designed his high school band's First Division shows during his junior and senior years in high school. He improved his ability and designed for other high schools and colleges in the area. He eventually opened his own show design company (Contemporary Drill Design) and designed shows for high schools and colleges across the state, averaging 30 school a year.
His expertise was as a marching band director, serving 16 years as a director at the high school and college levels, and published several books on the subject.
He has conducted genealogy research nearly 40 years. He opened a genealogy research company (Texas Ancestry Search) and helped many families reconnect with their past. He has also performed heirship research for many court cases in Texas. His love of genealogy research transformed into history research, where he has built a reputiton as a tenacious researcher, specializing in history subjects in Harris County, Texas (including the City of Humble and historical research on schools).
He earned a degree in programming, and created several software programs for his school district before he and his partners created the SET2PLAN educational management software.
